When it comes to receiving quality mental health care, navigating the complexities of payment and insurance can be a significant concern for many individuals. Rates.

First appointment

Our first appointment includes a thorough 60-minute diagnostic evaluation, in which we discuss your current medication and make a plan for the future. Together, we will decide on a treatment plan that works for you.

Follow-up

We offer 10 to 20-minute follow-up appointments for medication management without supportive therapy. We will discuss your progress, any side effects, further options. These appts will be short, sweet and to the point.

Follow-up

You may also choose to schedule follow-up appointments that include medication management plus supportive therapy. These sessions can be 30, 40, or 60-minutes, based on your preference, to allow our prescribers to actually get to know you rather than just treating your symptoms.

We accept payments using Stripe.

Payment policies.

Cancellations require 24hr notice before the scheduled appointment, with exceptions made for illness and personal emergencies. Less than 24hr notice or no-shows result in full fee of service. If you are running late, please let me know. If you are delayed by more than halfway through your appointment, you will need to reschedule. Session fees are expected at the end of each appointment, regardless of payment method. Copays are due prior to the start of the appointment

+ Which insurances do you accept?

We accept the following insurance companies: Aetna | Aetna Coventry, BCBS | BlueCross and BlueShield, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Johns Hopkins, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH. We are out of network for all other plans. We recommend contacting your insurance to verify that we are showing as an in-network provider and to verify your benefits.
