No, therapy is not required for medication management. However, combining therapy with medication is often the most effective treatment approach for many individuals. Your provider will discuss your options and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs.

How long does therapy or medication management take?
Therapy: The duration of therapy varies depending on the individual’s needs. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (a few sessions), while others may continue for several months or even longer.
